The Day I Realized I Was Carrying Generational Debris

Updated: Feb 5

I used to think what I was dealing with was “just my life.”Just my struggles.Just my stress.Just my emotions.

Until one day it hit me…

I wasn’t just carrying my pain.I was carrying patterns.

Patterns I watched growing up.Patterns I inherited through silence.Patterns that didn’t start with me… but were living in me.

That’s what I call generational debris.

It’s the emotional clutter passed down through bloodlines:unhealed trauma, fear, anger, abandonment, poverty thinking, dysfunction… disguised as normal.

But I’m here for a reason.

And I’ve made a decision:

It stops with me.
