staff will be provided information, skills, and necessary principles to elevate competencies in intervention modalities and
evidence-based treatment plan design. The Training Modality is a training module that includes: a series of
psycho-education and intervention skill development training based upon Residential Facility Competency State
Guidelines, Ethics, Special Population (Adolescents that Acts out Inappropriately Sexual behaviors) and other aggressive
behaviors. This training included Trauma Informed Care in Behavioral Health Services, and Professional
Care-Secondhand Trauma .Follow up session will include clinical consultation teleconference sessions with all staff.

Innovative Intervention Tools
Elevate your environment with our exclusive line of Therapeutic Innovative Intervention Tools designed to
promote structure, accountability, and positive behavior modification. Tools include Wall-Based Interactive
Teaching Aids, Consumer and Staff Behavior Report Cards, and the Commitment Schedule System: Each
customized to reinforce trauma-informed routines and de-escalation strategies. Tools are estimated at $250.00

Staff Requirement:
●Successfully completed The Search and Refocus Healthcare Trauma Informed Trainings.
●Staff Participation and Call in will be treated as “Training Attendance”
●Staff Accountability will be referred to the agency Director as Staff Performance Evaluation
